1.2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking—especially last-minute deals, discounted packages, promotional bookings, or special seasonal offers. These bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless otherwise mentioned during purchase.

3. How to Cancel and Request a Refund
You may cancel a booking and request a refund by following either of these methods:
